The development and fundraising audit is a thoughtful review of your organization’s fundraising infrastructure including a self assessment, a comparative assessment against best practices in the field, and strategies for building a sustainable fundraising infrastructure.
A critical element to managing for sustainability is answering the question: Can it be done? What follows is another compelling question that organizations embarking on a new initiative must ask themselves: What will it take?
Our feasibility study is a participatory process that synthesizes quantitative and qualitative information culled from individual and group interviews and reviews of existing data to create a compelling case for support to philanthropists, foundations, and corporations that want to fund your work.

The word “fundraising” has been replaced by “philanthropic partnerships,” “fundraiser” has become Director of Generosity and Justice, and “institutional advancement” has become strategic change and impact in the world that you can generate with and through Auburn. These changes are more than words and signify new attitudes, energy, joy and success around discovering with donors the deep satisfaction of changing the world through generosity.
Katharine Henderson, President, Auburn Seminary
Every person who wants to develop and sharpen their fundraising skills should participate in a Raising Change training. I love how [the training I attended] helped to change my mindset about asking people for money. It is not about charity. It is about investing in making the world a better and more just place.
